sorry for misleading  , when i said similar location mean within few km away, located near damai perdana instead of cheras perdana. one good advantage is the location not surrounded by old houses like walk up apartment or mosque, but next to some new semi D or 850K link houses project. and also easier access to jalan alam damai and silk highway.
