Vina is now open for registration but not for sale yet. Indicative prices seems to be Rm500 psf. Preview of property (not show unit) available at Mitraland's C180 office next to Jusco Cheras Selatan.

dude, Vina start accept booking now. you can choose any unit that you want by bringing your cheque book.
they must rush to launch before our project ready.

Last saturday Vina already has a soft launch... Price Indicative is 500 per sqft... Developer provide 8% discount...After discount is 460+ per sqft... Free Air cons & S&P legal fees only

Tower A has already opened for booking... Most of the 1250 sqft units has been taken & sold... There was a preview on Friday nite and mainly inviting the previous C180 buyers only.

Errmm... The project & concept not bad... Wont be surprise if it gets to sold out in no time... Btw the show house is still not ready yet...
Not many ppl was there when I reached... Guess they dont invite too many...

If I can recall correctly,
Tower A - 26 floors, Tower B -17 floors, Tower C -12 floors
3 floor plans only - 1250 (3r + 2b), 1550 dual key concept(4r+4b) & 2800+ (penthouse)
Free hold
Maintenance fee & sinking fund: 0.25 per sqft


Total 480 units in 8 acres of land... 4 acres green concept...
with jogging track, basketball court, tennis court, yoga deck, children pool, swimming pool with floating cabanas, aqua-gym at the pool, indoor gym

Vina is exactly next to my housing area. 460psf? lol good luck to those who bought. and my house will worth a million now biggrin.gif
