Really dont prefer DP area cos once you drive pass Petronas into DP, it looks like a small old time village. Roads and trees are not well maintained and the houses along the main DP road are so old.

Compared to nearby BTHO, everything looks neat and new and so many convenient amenities (MRT/AeonBig/Papparich) and so many new shoplots with new tenants.

Unless its an attrative price with freebies thrown in (built-ins, electrical appliances, rebates & DIBS) then can consider. Else will be difficult/slow to clear off the units esp high rise.

partly agree BTHO is nicer location at the moment, but just 1 thing, currently 2 condo project ( vina and casa green ) are not exactly located at BTHO, but seri minang and seri taming. casa green surrounded by mosque and low cost walk up apartment, while vina next to another walk up apartment and 3 kebangsaan school. the one i mentioned is surrounded high end bungalow semi D and superlink.

i will update the location to you all once the website ready. i am sure you wont comment that the tree and roads anymore~~ smile.gif~

and yes, we try to give attractive price and freebies. how about the price 5-10% lower than vina, and 8% rebate from the first 10%? rclxms.gif

I'm not sure which new development by Mahajaya at DP, but wat i'm recognised him is a typical china man developer, with a poor quality workmanship for his project. Correct me if I'm wrong.

As what I know, Vina got DIBS... that's why price per sqft is higher.

the cost of DIBS is about 3% of the total selling price.
still working on it, but if our price is 5-10% lower than them, is hard for us to give dibs. unless.......

you should know how developer play the game, everything is on the price that you pay.

how you all compare this to casa green?
casa green is just 320per sqft and vina 500sqft..how to justify it other than the layout?
