below size 1550sf all sold out.

how many project seriously can fully sold out nowaday after 2 years or even VP?

up to 80% sold is consider sibeh good liao.

Manyak hate due to Different class. not everyone can pay vina price tag. This vina product is upper class than Casa green and amara. Cg n amara condos can only consider mid end class.

I read frm vina buyers Facebook, now developer offer even cheaper selling price for dual key units, those early buyers feel cheated...looks like condo overprice and oversupply too

Dulu dual key unit per sqf around 400psf After discount + dibs wor.
Some more manyak free offer. Some Early Special promo some unit even got 3 cp. compare now not many offer Liao.

Ya, price not much increase. Only increase sikit sikit.
From what I heard from vina sa.
Mostly left low floors units and not so favorable facing unit.
Very limited unit.. Less than 10% to choose from.

New owner checking in. Saw it first 1.5 yrs ago and didnt buy. Not with current promo and next year VP, so decided to buy. The additional RM20k to help with DIBS is good.

Its a good buy considering they offer some freebies now.. Its norm actually for developers to clear all units so that can make do with the gallery and go elsewhere
