low density condo.... not bad design.... nice workmanship too.... nearby shoplots as well.... worth to consider for own stay this condo....

my fren getting one subsales 560k for 1200 sq ft... the seller is desperate... i not sure is there any smaller units or not... u calculate the psf price and make the assumption for yourself if there is any smaller unit....

Always passed by the main road outside towards bukit cheras
Never bother to drive in
Surrounding area not that good

not too good but not too bad.... still have traffic inflow to the commercials.... this area still surrounded by alot of residential... so wont do too badly actually....

i think still can nego with the owner.... maybe u can give it a try.... low density condo with decent facilities..... quite worth the price.... if u like the location....

Commercial in terms of kopitiam is very good. Almost all the restaurant there is decent and passar malam on saturday is very crowded over there. I stay at nearby there 3 years ago, the taman besides Vina, and i must say i miss the environment and food over there. Oh yea the pasar pagi over there also people mountain people sea biggrin.gif

1 bad thing was the traffic early in the morning toward which ever direction was very teruk. Drive to taman connaught might take you 30 - 40 mins rclxub.gif
