What is the status of the Vina Versatile project now?

Really a bit quite for Vina Condo....
Window on the park - is much active conversation compare with Vina Condo.

Any update ?

why the vina so slow construction?
The nearby casa green already can see high floor far from the road.

When there just now, Small unit left 2 facing pool, still compare this and cloud tree...any comment ?

which 1 u like? both should be quite ok.

cloudtree look quite nice compare to vina.
only pull back is cloudtree got 3 swimming pools...
after 6c6c macam not very practical and in future maybe high maintenance cost due to this.

vina macam more practical.
only pull back is all lobby under at the carpark lvl. all garden above the parking floor.

both project also corner unit design for standard unit. cloudtree 4 units per floor. vina 8 units per floor.
vina each side got security access after u came out from lift.... it become macam 2 units per floors.

if you want vp fast. go for vina no need wait so long.
cos cloudtree launch much later.

Small unit is the 9xx sqt? What is the floor?How much?

personally i choose vina is because of the carpark....cloudtree i need to go a few level up if i'm unluck my carpark is at the 3rd or 4th floor then i'll have to do a few up and down everytime i go in or out of my place....vina only got 2 level reach basement. but as for the rest i think is the same but vina provide more facilitie compare to cloudtree...

After all i'm planning to homestay and not invest so investment related query i wont be bothered

yeah another + point to vina. i like vina car park lvl too

personally no like to see 4 or 6 lvl high car park. sibeh jialat if park on top.
cant imagine everyday drive up. sibeh torture.

vina big unit now very good promo, -8% - 3%…tempting...

ask for 3 car parks for 1500+sf dual key unit.
heard they give out 10 special units with 3 carparks. not sure how many left.
all side by side. no tandem. quite good deal.

how much for 1500 sqf unit?

after discount 650K+ to 720K+ depend on floor.

ok oh...15++ sqf almost simliar like some DSL size...

mitraland not so glamour like SDB, but at leats also got some nice project like cascades and kiara 1888..

price for this vina also consider ok...

Me too... I bought a unit @ Block A - with 3 car parks + extra discount

At first I tot get a good deal, but after I go thru others condo project, now almost all new condos also discounting a lot... Up to 18% discount
