Just check today...seems like they ran out of 1250sq ft

last i heard there's still 2 unit for 1250sqt and a few more 1550...900 at the moment sold out

noise as in lift noise or people walking by?

hm....personally i think tenant doesn't move in out daily....maybe you had some bad experience previously....for me once a while noises are ok at least if i wanna buy a house i would expect some human around instead of a empty quiet corridor...just my 2 cent

personally i choose vina is because of the carpark....cloudtree i need to go a few level up if i'm unluck my carpark is at the 3rd or 4th floor then i'll have to do a few up and down everytime i go in or out of my place....vina only got 2 level reach basement. but as for the rest i think is the same but vina provide more facilitie compare to cloudtree...

After all i'm planning to homestay and not invest so investment related query i wont be bothered
