Lumia EOS with 41MP Camera

It may really come, but its price tag will be skyhigh. 8.7 MP pureview costs RM1,999 at launch, how much do you think a 41 MP pureview would cost? RM2,999 perhaps?

I prefer if Nokia stick a 4000mAh battery in the unit. Currently the Lumia 920 drains battery like drinking water.

Hu guys, I juz got my Lumia 920, I'm a u mobile user, and I encounter a issue which is I can't send out the SMS, is there anyone of u encounter this problem too?

Are you using the micro-sim card that is officially cut/provided by the telco? What is the signal strength of the phone? Only SMS or can you make a call? Have you tried updating your phone? Try restarting your phone as well?

Well, 808 was 1,899 at launch without OIS and running symbian

I use the original micro sim card. The signal strength was good, juz failed to sent out the SMS, call is ok.

I juz got my hp yesterday, already came out an update for it? I juz restart my hp, and the problem solved, many thanks bro.

Did they state Nokia EOS has OIS?
Aiya, still operating system ma, I think they won't make the price sky high just for the operating system.

Well, it was only a wild guess on my end. Will only know when specs are released

but dont think they can add the wireless charging functionality and OIS with a 41mp camera. that would make the phone too bulky and heavy. people are already complaining about 920. imagine more thickness and weight.

on the other hand htc's boasting about their oversampling tech.

If they choose to use Magnesium Alloy / Aluminium mixed with poly carbonate, they can significantly reduce the weight. iPhone 5 is a very good example. Although easily bendable, it's light, feather light.

Honestly, I think HTC is making a very bad move here attacking Nokia. They should be going after Samsung, not Nokia. On top of that, their first ultrapixel phone is gonna be yet another Android, which they have been failing to sell. Time will tell how they fare, but whacking Nokia and giving a middle finger to WP (the fact that they chose to announce an Android first and WP later with the ultrapixel tech)? I've lost faith in them, now, respect too.

Yeah, they shouldn't have bashed nokia for their renown camera technology that actually works and not only show off. Very bad move indeed, and honestly doubt they will have a technology better than pureview. Well if they do its better for us only as nokia won't keep quiet after that.

On the other hand, WP8 Notification Center!

That, along with VPN. Let's hope more features will be announced come MWC.

I can't wait for the day they finally merge W8 RT with WP8. That'd kickass.

i tried access ##634# for diagnostic menu to test nokia lumia for wp8.....seem it not working and just show life counter info...

what is the code for diagnostic menu in nokia lumia for wp8?

IINM, nokia remove the functionality in the new wp8 phones...

finally nokia replaced my 920 m/b, but request them to courier back after CNY.

good to hear that...take that long to send back?
hopefully with the new MB and portico, your problem should be solved...

Personally i'm waiting for portico update to see if my reboot problem would go away...
else i might send to nokia SC to have a look...

Speaking of which, I need to send mine for warranty. My screen has a long purple line on the side. Its more obvious when you open up your mail app (or a white screen). I dont know if the Ampcorp mall center would be open this Monday. I hope it is. Next week would be the only week that I would be free as I am working at night .
