i suggest u to enroll APR-ATC apply for TAME program... its one of the DCA approved training school.. they'd offer b1.1,b1.3 n b2... my big brother was 28 juz like u...he enrolled n had been selected for TAME program july intake recently n same goes to me huhuh  biggrin.gif .. but to apply for mara loan u must be between 18-25 years old.. if u doesnt hv any financial problem it'll be fine bcoz they really concern about ur financial since u dont qualify for the mara loan.. but u can try yayasan negeri loan ... heres the link for application  http://www.aeroprecision.com.my/training/application.htm
u can also check their fb page https://www.facebook.com/pages/APR-Aviation...timonster=br_tf

the program is 4 years ...n the fees is affordable too..which is 90k ONLY.

Hi Aurora,

I am also 28 this year and holding a degree in commerce and would like to change my career.
So my question is which is better in term of pay? LAME, technician or mechanic?

And I also saw that APR has part time as well.
For part time the end result would be the same of a full time am I right?

Please help as I am really interested in it.

Haha. Zero. Surveying a suitable option (plus fastest) to obtain it.
Currently in mfg factory, thinking that too young to settle down. Lets challenge myself further. cool2.gif

I'll have to warn you that if you are to enter this field, you'll be starting back from zero again. Means you'll be classmates with SPM graduates. DCAM requirement for 2 years contact hours in class and another 2 years contact hours practical. Only decent option is APR, which is 4 years and 90k full time studying.

Just a question. I have a friend that also interested of doing this career with me. Willing and have same passion with me.
Unfortunately, he has a color blind condition, partial of course. Graduated with degree of mech eng.

What's your advice/opinion? his chances of getting employed afterwards?
