I didn't get any cashback despite spending >3K on 1st Dec at Diamond & Platinum at Queensbay Mall. Called CS to verify, seems D&P was not in the merchant list of Queensbay Mall in their system. CS will circulate to merchant dept & will provide rebate once confirm the shop was indeed located inside Queensbay Mall... Hopefully can get my rebate soon....
