I don't approve of any commercial solicitation in any part of the credit card sections of this forum. If found, they will be acted upon swiftly and without notice. There was an attempt for commercial solicitation by a fellow forumer and it has been acted upon.

Actually such rule shall be applied to all, not just this sub-forum only. Like insurance agents shall not trying to cheat forum readers that their policy are the "best".

Having purchased award flights on both British Airways Avios and American Airlines AAdvantage and have cancelled those award tickets before. Avios charged me a total of US$2.50 and I got back the 12.5k miles. AAdvantage charged me US$150 and I got back my 175k miles. It might be like this for Enrich but not so for other frequent flyer programs.

I'm not sure why are you posting such, do you have any validated case reference that can be shared here ? (Highlight : validated case) Appreciate if you do not spam if you do not have anything concrete to share. There's a minimal error possibility if the award booking is done at MAS office but often they will re-validate traveling information at least twice before the finalize the ticket. On the other hand, zero error possibility online coz everything is done by the customer - so if there's a mistake, it is the customer's beyond doubt. Do check everything to be in order before doing that redemption. Not known why Enrich is so strict post redemption, readers please be sure to fly before you make that redemption. Just want to ask. In the year end with enrich 50% promotion, do we still getting the 15% when booking online which means 15% on top of the 50%?.
