MAS will send you a mail ask you izit want get for upgrade or not.if u wish u may bid how much you think worth.
Higher offer sur determine ur success lol.but also need depend avaibility seat too.
Example i bid for rm100 to bangkok last few month ago.I get it.
But when i bid another rm100 from  bangkok  back to Kl,i failed to bid it cause business class seat was fully booked.

No more promo for enrich.. heck even MAS normal promo also no more.

Those days, the staffs took red wine and orange juices tetra packs from the cabin and sell them in the public thru the friend network. The 1-liter orange juice cost RM5 in the market, but sold at RM2 for the stolen juices.

I have re-qualified for Gold last September for 2019 and have yet to receive my Enrich Gold card. I gave them the benefit of doubt and only reach out to them earlier this year and was told that I will be receiving my card within 2-4 weeks. It's been 3 weeks and i reach out again was rudely reminded that it is strict 2-4 weeks. Dude, my address is in klang valley and do they really need 4 weeks to deliver my card?

You need to fly more, or fly higher class (business/first). Also if company is booking for you, get them to book you into flexi economy so you earn 100-125% elite miles. Finally, another way is do multiple flights eg instead of kl-kk you could fly kl-labuan-kk, so its considered 2 sectors.
