Just a simple question, anyone here experienced shopping at chic outlet and claimed for the enrich miles after shopping? I did some spending but the miles are yet to credit into my account after months. I wonder if it really take so long?

It's typical slow Malaysia Airlines. I rented car with Hertz more than 2 months ago and quoted my Enrich number but till now no miles credited yet. Tried to call and they asked me to write in and attach the invoice, done that too and till now totally no news.

when is their enrich promo for Asean biz class? received a newsletter recently saying "coming soon"..

the only good thing with MH A380 KUL-LHR is the lie-flat seat. food presentation ok, but taste suck.

And 1 thing i was so fedup with MH during my last trip CDG-KUL, the ground staff arrange me and my wife sit in between aisle, i requested for change and they refuse.

forgot to select, busy with shopping , and since the seating is 2x2x2, why cant they just put us together instead of 1 single traveller beside my wife, and another single beside me...we are on 1st row somemore and imagine how many ppl will walk thru us to the toilet n gallery, bad experience

It got credited to my Enrich usually within 2-4 weeks, I guess they only submitted to Enrich once a month..


If most seats already occupied and the others already chose their desired seats, the staff cannot do anything without passengers consent. What u can do nicely ask that person to swap "suka sama suka".




I was on MH02 yesterday, delayed almost 2.5 hours waiting another connecting flight passengers from Aussie and the journey took 15H to reach London due to strong headwind and longer alternate route.

Seem many flight got delayed during this raining season.

Jeez, 2.5 hours is not cool. Just curious, does MH provide any compensation for the flagship business class?
