not sure should i restore back to ios 6.1.4 to change and update the carrier and LTE sims card and then update to ios 7 beta 2? do it work? anyone try before?

Quick question. How to check whether i need to get LTE sim card to get the LTE service ? I bought my ip5 with Celcom on March. Changed the sims to nano when i purchased it. Thanks guys |

i just call Customer Service. they said sim card can be changes before 30th june 2013 to get LTE service for those on their internet plan. can anyone confirm this? the Customer Service told me celcom on LTE is just on test period only for now.
