not sure should i restore back to ios 6.1.4 to change and update the carrier and LTE sims card and then update to ios 7 beta 2? do it work? anyone try before?

not sure is line problem or ios 7 beta 3 problem, my 3G suddenly not stable last night and today morning no signal at all
