Yeah, i read somewhere that u can only walk in to celcom blue branch in sunway pyramid and menara celcom near kg baru only to change to lte sim. Gonna try my luck some time this week.

yesterday i go to sunway iconic to get my usim change to 4g lte usim but do not have stock. they say yesterday afternoon or today the 4g lte will have in stock.
they suggest me to look at menara celcom and i go there, luckily they have in stock and i change my 4g sim there

Question: So if I go to Sunway today, I can get a free 4G LTE SIM from the Blue Cube there ?

[WTA] Does Celcom allow Personal Hotspot activating while you on LTE enabled?


Im in Penang, no Celcom LTE here, but my phone already activated with LTE enable toggle and Celcom4G APN.

When i enabled LTE, Personal Hotspot will not work (Ask you to call to setup)

I called CS about this and they asked me to change the both APN to Celcom3G instead and only after that i can have the personal Hotspot.

Went to sunway pyramid today to change to lte sim. Unfortunately they said the offer has been temporarily put on hold coz there're some complain regarding the so-called stability of the sim or something. So no change of 4g sim atm. 😩

Celcom data will renew our data following cycle bill date or what?
After upgrade ios 6.1.4 , my data usage cut off once reach the quota.before this can surf with normal speed even exceed quota..

Yes follow our cycle bill date. I did enquire with the CS before and was told that data will be cut off after reaching quota. Maybe u're just unlucky?

Just come back from celcom semarak for nano lte sim card and was inform by the celcom rep there.. They cannot issue lte card due to lte problem.. They just received email to stop issuing lte card and only give 3g card. When i ask when shall the card can be ready.. She has no answer and ask me to come back again.. Really not satisfied with celcom answer. Do they think i can come every day just to ask for the card? Then i call 1111 and ask them when can i get the card. They also dont know. Wow.. Is this company sell pisang goreng or what???
