Wow, so the most extreme condition, how many GB you used in a month ?  drool.gif
*
Didn't really leech much since I got 20mbps unifi at home, I think average of 10-20 gb only from it when I'm at my hostel.
My hope were broken apart because I expect can take advantage from LTE but then they implement the cap on me too sad.gif

I changed my SIM last saturday and it only took about 10 minutes after they fill up the form.  biggrin.gif
Where do you change your SIM? My colleague changed her SIM just now and CSR said after working hour they activate it. So it depend on their effort though  tongue.gif

Yesterday I changed at sunway, once I step back in pyramid after left the blue cube, my signal from old sim straight away gone. It's like less than 10 minute.

really ah?
mine currently every time i check VOL STATUS, cameout with unused quota. ( 3000MB, mine is 3GB plan)
i also want to test last time if really unlimited but most high usage i used before only 2.5GB tongue.gif

i check from the OCS website, the usage part, also stated that im not sure any data plan.

so in this case, i will not change to LTE sim tongue.gif

btw about the carrier update, since got new LTE on/off button now, the 3G button now missing? i cant change to edge for now.
dont want to use 3G all the time since 3G take lots of battery drain.

Anyone notice that battery drain is significant after the carrier update to 14.1? I switched off LTE but the battery is draining like anything.

Anyone can recommend any steps to go about this? Thanks in advance

well that's because the iphone is constantly on 3G when not connected to LTE

can't disable cause the 3G button are now replace with LTE

you can downgrade back to 14.0 but that would mean losing your LTE

it's like you have to sacrifice something to gain something

May be you can try and tell us how much actually you can got in a month, may be beyond 20GB ?

When Celcom officially launch LTE later, we all will get LTE without changing the sim card, but for those who are joining the trial now, have to change again the sim card.

It's all depend on you whether you feel worth to change or not.

Me too, I received sms saying that I have exceeded my usage limit (though I had been enjoying unlimited/unthrothled speed with celcom all this while). But I have not changed my sim card to 4G. Why is this happening to me?

It happens to everyone under the older unlimited with fair use plans. From what I was told, their system is better at managing the data usage limits these days, a side effect perhaps of the newer, limit hit no data plans.

My plan was the older powertools plan with a 5GB limit. Yes, sometimes I do feel that I wasn't being throttled even after I have exceeded the 5GB limit, but I chalk that up to either no one else is using the tower at the time or my luck.
