Last night before off to bed, I notice my N7 battery around 14%. In the morning no juice left. I check the battery status, it shows the battery drop tremendously even not using.

QUOTE(kahyeec @ Feb 2 2013, 03:01 AM) I turn my Nexus 7 off every morning and then turn it on after 6pm, otherwise if 8 hours on standby the battery 100%=>76%. So better you go reproduce the problem and claim warranty. Just wondering... why you turn off your nexus 7 everyday...??? sometimes I go weeks without turn it off... only turn off if some apps hang...

Finally finished reading v4 till this page. Phew! Had ordered a M'sian Nexus 7C last thursday, it should be here on mon or tues. Fingers crossed that it has no screen lift, dead pixels or other problems. Found a site that has reasonably-priced covers and screen protectors with free (slow) shipping to M'sia: http://www.tmart.com/7-Tablet-PC-360-Rotat...ck_p172908.htmlNote: i have no connection with tmart.com, just sharing info. I doubt I'll have any probs with the colour quality of the Nexus 7's screen. Always found that those AMOLED screens while having very nice color, tend to "poke" my eyes after more than 10 minutes usage, but the Nexus 7's screen is soothing, yet sharp and clear for extended reading (played extensively with the 16GB wifi model in a store before placing my order for a 7C). This 7C will be given as a gift, and I'll be ordering a 32gig wifi model from Newegg for myself probably when they have stock after CNY (only RM816 for self-collection )

Mine is wifi model n wifi turn off since no use for it n home wifi also off. Your draining is very serious. Check your wakelocks Even my smartphone with 3g on n background fb notifications, email downloads etc most is 5% only

Read the latest tips from Android Magazine Issue 21 - 2013. Use bitsnoop to search for the torrent link and download with utorrent. I found that having too many unused widgets on the tablet suck up battery power too. I use Task Manager to check running apps and found that there are quite a few programs running in the background that I don't need. Stop those you don't need and you can save a lot of battery power. Hi, I been reading a lot about the Nexus 7c in this thread but haven't been sharing though. Just wanted to share with all of you my Nexus 7c bought last 19/12/12 at GagdetDotCom shop in PGRM. I didn't root or flash the device, only installed NFS games and other application stuff and using it for light surfing with the Maxis SKMM 1GB RM25/mth Sim-card (cut it into Micro-sim). Anyway, last 2 weeks the speaker began crackling sound. A few days later, the speaker went Kaput..No sound at all. So, I went to ASUS Service Center at Low Yatt Plaza last Thaipusam day 28/1. Today received an SMS telling me the repair is done, can pick up my device tomorrow. A quick check at ASUS service website: That is all, can't wait to pick up my Nexus 7 back.
