QUOTE(benny888 @ Dec 21 2012, 08:07 AM) What he said. It's actually unhealthy to keep killing off apps. Here's an article to explain better http://www.howtogeek.com/127388/htg-explai...ler-on-android/ |

QUOTE(briantwj @ Dec 21 2012, 01:16 PM) Ya, it doesn't feel laggy at all, just feel weird, y not laggy but low ram figure. Woke up today and checked it again. 600mb free ram. LOL Well contrary to popular belief, low RAMs doesn't mean it gives you lower performance. Sometimes it's quite the opposite. Android =! windows |

You could DIY. All you need is a screw driver.. Open casing and tighten screw. Close casing, done

QUOTE(mtxx @ Jan 2 2013, 08:47 AM) Rear camera is useful. I hope to have one if possible even on a tablet. This issue again? Look, we all know nexus 7 doesn't have a rear camera. Either DIY or get another tablet. GeezMost people here saying it's useless pointless etc is just because n7 doesn't have one and thinking so makes them feel better. Just like ipad wifi users say no point having gps on tablet too big never use etc. But the real reason is the don't have gps at all. Rear camera is extra useful for video chat. When you want to show your close friend/relatives something interesting. Swap the video to rear camera then just point at the thing u wana show and u are certain they cn see it. Added on January 2, 2013, 5:16 pm QUOTE(ahchun @ Jan 2 2013, 09:57 AM) camera and memory expansion slot is useful and good to have Amenbut for those who bought nexus 7 i think already got back up plan for those 2 thing which lacking if not they will not even consider to get one unless is impulsive buyer so for those really need the rear cam and extra memory slot n7 really not suitable for them This post has been edited by redlyfs: Jan 2 2013, 05:16 PM |

Thus far the games I most played is Dead Trigger and Most Wanted. Awesome on the go games.
I would also recommend old schoolers to try out emulation on N7. Played SNES's Chrono Trigger, GBA Final Fantasy Tactics Advance, FF:IV, Fire Emblem series, Golden Sun, GB Dragon Quest series including monster, Pokemon Yellow!!. Neo Geo Pocket SNK vs. Capcom: Card Fighter's Clash. Sega Megadrive Dragonball Z. and so much more. So much old school fun that I skipped most of Android games. |

QUOTE(n8210 @ Jan 6 2013, 08:49 PM) I'm thinking of getting another 16GB N7 but newegg just does not carry any more 16GB stocks. Now I heard some say CES show is coming next week and I should wait. CES is ...?? CES = Comsumer Electronic Show. An event that showcases new end-user electronic gadgetshttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_CES |

QUOTE(Jemi @ Jan 7 2013, 12:30 PM) In my tablet there is no apps such as 'Google Play Books'. Weird, is this suppose to be like this? Google apps not install by default? What else missing? Books and various others like music and video range of Google Play, is US exclusive. Some areas like UK have limited selection. We in Malaysia however, have no access to those range of products other than through complicated routes. |

No offense but if its still confusing perhaps you shouldn't root your device without a guiding hand. |

QUOTE(ahchun @ Jan 8 2013, 11:28 PM) As he said. Frankly speaking that IS already the shortcut. I remember those days when rooting HTC phones and early Samsung phones. Big messy hassleQUOTE(MikeX @ Jan 9 2013, 08:31 AM) Me too... rooted successfully and now learning to make the "tethering & Hotspot" function activated back on the N7. Glad to hear that. If this is your first Android device, I'd say congrats and welcomeThis post has been edited by redlyfs: Jan 9 2013, 11:24 AM |
