but last month 19 when GDEX fail to send to "register address", i ask them send to my home address but they reject, they say maxis dont allow them to send to home address and i think GDEX send back to maxis, so now another batch they send out again, that why call me for new address. until now still no get any i think need wait next week already..

if he is still around, ask him to clean up the mess, if not, police will be looking for him..theres bunch of pissed customers here including myself ..yet to make a report due to busy time ..argh

Dapat contact, phone pun dah dapat, bukan Corby 2 tapi Nokia Asha.
1st time call (No Digi) he say in KL (Morning), 2nd time call in Afternoon(No Celcom) say in Penang.

I say, if the Phone are missing , Maxis want to report because maxis inform me they have prove
that the phone already delivered. I inform him whatever maxis told me.

Today i will close the case with Maxis, Just not satisfied because i want Corby Phone.

Apa kata try Live Chat dgn Maxis dulu check status dan send ke belum. Kalau belum suruh maxis hantar, nanti dia bagi 1 case number. Bila maxis call kata dah hantar, then baru contact dia. The problem bila dia "terguna" duit forumer atau maybe kena block semua application dia dari maxis.
Tak pasti pakej dgn modem tu dia dah bayar dekat maxis atau tidak. Kalau dah bayar pastu maxis block
kena report kat maxis lah agaknya.

just now i got his call, asking me the pay for January rental.
I say just deduct from my deposit then end my rental lor, he say cannot , he say need money to pay maxis.

Use some common sense, the guy misuse his own customer money he collected for his service and whatsmore Maxis and his so-called agency reported he didn't even pay for most of his applications and is unable to find him. He's doing few small refunds to specific customers beforehand so he can keep you all distracted. Sounds to me that guy is currently using your money for some other gain, probably for his own personnel investment.

Just go make a report and push him to refund, the guy is obviously playing with you all for fools.

That Pakistan call me by today, perhaps his line back to normal. Asking me to pay rental fee. Now, he unable convincing me to bank in again his account. Asking me today bank in tomolo get back service. So nice? Any rental user share experience? Did he call u today?
