i call jetso company, jetso claim that tash never pass money to them so how the money is with maxis?

Then, its scammer or already used up to money for something.....

actually, to register this plan no need to pay maxis, its free of charge. he kept all our money for himself.

if yes, meaning he didnt send up your form. if he did send up the form, Jetso and Maxis will have record thats from my understanding

I check with Jetsco, they said he submitted the application on 27 nov. So probably the before who apply on middle of nov should have in maxis already. This time Maxis start to suspect Tash making money to do this and hold all the new applications. Now it also bring us to another problem, we need to make sure Tash clear all the existing issue with maxis then only we can apply from the others.

Don't think too much. U can negotiate with new seller that refund to be provided if submission fail. I'm sure ddr3 will be happy to to comply.
