When I go to Settings > Application Manager > Factory Test, I only got [Clear Data] for "Storage", do you mean this is "Media Storage"? I see it stated the size is 1.01MB only.

I actually did that by using card reader to format that card on my PC, I even choose full format (not the quick one). First it works ok, then after about a week, problem comes again. One thing not sure is, when format a card on PC, which "Allocation unit size" (cluster size) we should set for phone use? 4K or 8K?

Last 2 days I decided to format the card with the phone, thought only the phone itself will know which filesystem it need. It is working smoothly at this moment, hope don't "eat" my data again!

I think I must to be fair to clarify this:

I was previously complain about Sun Global 3000mAh battery did not work as advertised -- original 2100mAh last much longer than Sun Global 3000mAh.

But I just got a replacement unit (6 month warranty if not mistaken?), my first day testing this battery, I can already noticed it indeed longer lasting than the last unit which probably a defective one.

So, for those who still hesitate, I want to clarify that, this battery really last longer. If your unit drain faster than original 2100mAh one, try go ask for exchange if it is still under warranty.

I want to ask after we plug in USB cable and transfer file using our desktop using MTP right? Do I need to safely remove the phone smtg like pen drive? Or I can just plug off the cable??

If I straight plug off the USB after transfer without safely remove will it harm my phone?

@G K Lai clear this 2 option. factory test & media storage. clear few times won't cause u any issue. tested already & it works.

Settings > Application Manager > Factory Test > Clear data

Settings > Application Manager > Media Storage > Clear data

i also got issue eg: like wanna uninstall apps & clear data/cache took very long times.. stuck at computing... or relocate computing... & uninstalling....

Does it FC? If so, try uninstalling some of the apps in the order you installed it? Some apps are really crap and caused my application manager to FC.

apa tu FC? maybe due to storage left 600~800MB. always appear insufficient storage when i trying to update those games contained more MB. so bopian in need to del the star newspaper i installed.

I can still charge my phone via USB connected to my computer but it no longer gives me the option to explore the files on my phone nor does it recognize that a USB device is connected.

rarely got FC.. only the star newspaper got this issue or i opened too much games in 1 short. the star newspaper got email me regarding this issue. they have been fixing it.

Yes, just press any icon for 1 or 2 second on top left hand covver there will be "create new page" appear..
