Why when I go to options>about device>software update....it tells me my phone has been modified and cannot get updates?

I'm on rooted stock 4.1.2

Anything I'm missing if I remove CWM?

I only can get update to official 4.1.2 if I do this right?

Guys, my S3 just got stolen. Is there any way to recover it? Trace etc.?

I thought the charging problem was because of the unstable 4.1.1. Thats what the samusng service centre people told me yesterday and thats why they recommended me to downgrade. Sorry I don't know how to solve your problem.

Not contract phone. Bought retail but using maxis. Maxis says nothing they can do..
Too bad I didn't install any anti theft feature and didn't activate Dive. So no other way?

too bad mine is made by samsung for phone & battery made in vietnam (if i didn't rmb wrong). not so syiok but consider ok. syiok sendiri due to didn't noticed any CHINA-pek that's all..

Yes when 4.1.2 is here you can go sammobile to download.

Before flashing 4.1.2, use triangleaway to set back to official status but this is only surface cause Samsung kept a hidden counter.

Once triangleaway either use PC odin (will loose root) or Mobile Odin will retain root.

All bloatware will load back when you flash 4.1.2... doesn't matter PC Odin, Mobile Odin or kies...

My MicrosSD card corrupted    just after 2 months use....
Both my SGS3 and computer cannot detect the SD card..
Have try many trick propose in the forum but still cannot detect..

I think to buy new sd card..
Anyone want to propose the best model that can tahan lama?
Or there is any tips to ensure my sd card will not corrupted too soon..

I have issue with the WiFi. I already set "Never" for "Keep Wi-Fi on during sleep" but the WiFi won't turn off when the screen is sleep/off. My battery life decreased because of it. Is this bugs or what?

Eh, every day I tap on Software Update, then got message said no update. But today got message "Your device has been modified."

I don't do anything. Help!
