My s3 reboots itself once every few days.  Is it a sign of motherboard problem? Gosh so far it can still reboot..

try touchpal, can input as swype, and there are few keyboard layout to choose from, very nice keyboard with prediction and learning

also, if you are chinese and you will like this keyboard, the chinese input is far better than google pinyin keyboard.

S3 is great already.. =) a lot of improvement over my old HTC Wildfire.. ahhahahahha

When to SC to find out USB cable 4 pins and 5 pins tinggy and according to them theirs stock for S3 USB cable also 4 pins.. They SC later bring out 2-3 USB cables and all are 4 pins...

micro usb side. i also got 4pin. instead  of 5. the second from right side is gone

the pins that connecting to phone. Actually i also have no problem with 4 pins but just want to make clear only

so i guess its normal. i tot my gf s3 charger was faulty since one of the pin gone n oni gt 4 pin inside.
as for my s3 charger, it is having 5pin inside.

Hi all sifus, hope some one could help me with this problem that bothering me for long time already... 

I have data lost problem quite frequently. Pictures taken with the camera gone after phone reboot, many of them ended up in the LOST.DIR folder. Did some test by saving some JPG file from browser, move it to external MicroSD card, also gone after phone reboot. I tried to fix this by backing up everything from the card, then do a full format (slow format) on my PC, then copy everything back to the card. It work without problem for a about a week.

Today, I just lost another MP4 file (150MB) that I copied onto it a day ago. Found it inside LOST.DIR again. 
I simply power off the phone, take out the battery and install back after 2-3 seconds, then later I only realized the video file is gone.

Anyway, I just tried backup everything again then format the card from within the phone. I will see if this solve the problem.

What I want to know is, does this caused by Android filesystem or the card physically having problem?

If I remember it correctly, I don't have this problem initially. This make me wonder if it is 4.1.1 firmware causing this problem? Anyone having this filesystem problem as well?

My phone currently all stock, in official 4.1.1 and I never root it before.

Hi Guys, I just got my S3 last night, titanium grey 16GB, added myself into the owner list, auto upgraded to JB 4.1.1 when I connected my phone to Wifi.

I would like to ask what's the recommended casing, screen protector and memory card (32 or 64, class 6 or 10?) for our S3?

I took the package from Maxis where I only need to pay RM899 for my S3.

I rooted my S3 and now cannot play LINE games..zzzz

for checking like my pics..you can install Exynos mem-bugs Checker app free from market though it was not necessary as all phones that use Exynos 4 confirms have the bugs.

I strongly advice all SGS3 user to install Voodoo Exynos temporary fix while waiting for Samsung to issue its security patch.

Yes..doesn't matter whether your phone rooted or not.
The loophole was caused by Samsung kernel designer mistake..i think. And it effect all Exynos 4 processor phones.

Security..any hacker or dev can use apps to go straight into your phone system admin.
