Not easy to keep everything in mint condition for investment, need lots of space and $$$. Also deliver from overseas, risk of damage means loss of investment.

Need big capital, imagine buying few UCS or modulars or technics or city etc. One box already painful, imagine a few at a time.

I think some sets may be risky especially star wars cos lego keep reissuing new versions eg. x-wing, tie fighter, death star, vehicles, etc..

if i got extra, i will sell, but problem is no..

Interior not so interesting

exterior looks good, but interior sucks real bad, need modifications
