Good that it's cheap.. smile.gif You should seriously get a protective case after that. I bought Samsung Protective Cover+ yesterday. Pics in my siggy below. wink.gif It covers the bezel.

what is your base? you flashed other custom rom before? Since you already do full wipe, I think now you can consider start from scratch - flash Stock ROM via PC Odin >> root >> install Omega V7.1 without wipe.

I have the annoying CallerID problem on my Note on leaked ICS rom previously but not many Note users have that bug. Luckily when i flashed the official ICS later, the problem gone.

mine is from LJ3 official stock, rooted then flash to omega v6, and then v7. might as well start from scratch again. thanks a lot notworthy.gif

It's time to flash stock rom tar thru odin. This should solve ur problem.

just got a brand new note2
going to root on the phone currently the firmware is N7100XXALJ3

wanted to root with using below option
ROOTING and Installing ClockworkMod Recovery

does it limited to flash to specific firmware version before we can proceed?
