if returns is the main priority, then Portfolio 1 was better bcos the returns was better if you had invested in it 14 yrs ago.....

I'd say 2nd one is better due to better R&R ratio.

Invested my some money in Principal Asia Pacific Dynamic Income Fund - MYR via www.fundsupermart.com.my on 13th August 2018. Now after 1 year 6 months, up 9%. Ok wo, better the FD.
