what do you think about this fund? MANULIFE INVESTMENT ASIA-PACIFIC REIT FUNDĀ
anyone invest to this fund?
*
Me. It's quite a good REIT fund vs Amasia pacific REITs. However it's not as well diversified AmAsia Pacific REITs. That's the trade off.

The second one will invest into property developer or related stocks.
The first one has restriction on REIT related only.

Hi guys, new to UT world here. Since I am new I was wondering should I go for firms such as Affin Hwang/Pulic Mutual or DIY in fundsupermarket. And if I were to go DIY which funds are recommended for lump sum (say about 25k for long term investment, likely till retirement)

Steven7 instead of going direct to fund house who charge higher service charge, better diy in fundsupermart

do take a look at the FundSuperMart lowyat tread, there are some recommended fund suggestion and discussions by sifus there

anyone invest into Prudential Wealth Gain from UOB? Pay 25k per year for 3 years, then every year can take interest up to year 15 or let the interest accumulate which is better than FD.
I'm wanna do FD only but somehow they manage talk to me this investment.
Now a bit confuse.

Public mutual sucks. Return cannot even beat funds like
CIMB-Principal Asia Pacific Dynamic Income Fund/Manulife US Equity/Manulife India Equity/TA GLobal Tech. These are among the top funds which invest overseas.

PRS. Any balance then you decide. PRS got tax relief + can beat ASX (we are talking about the fixed price fund not the varibale price funds)
