i am starting to believe citibank waive annual fee based on number of swipes in a year, not how much you spend. Reason is probably number of swipes is taken into consideration for citi merchant subscription. Also, the fact that citi doesn't waive for all who spend 20k, does not waive for all who has installment and does not waive for all who has been a customer for more than 10 years. Should be the number of swipes.

Not sure if anyone reported this but I would like to share for the Citibank Premiermiles Amex Plaza Premium Lounge Access in particular Shanghai, Penang and Kota Kinabalu it is only limited to international departure.  No access to domestic plaza premium lounge.

I wished citibank would have be clearer on this in their advertisements.

Hmm... I went in to Penang PPL domestic using my PremierMiles Visa couple months ago... Policy changed already?

Got my annual fee waived without any question rclxms.gif

AMEX

Don't really want to call them for this, just wondering what the reason was. If they charged me RM50 for something unknown I'd be on the phone to them biggrin.gif

Just realised my PM Amex has been credited with the first part of the bonus 60,000 Enrich miles - 30,000 now converted and waiting for the next 30,000 to show up in the account.

Also used the complimentary ride home again the other day - saved me around RM100, and used the 15% discount off liquor at the airport too biggrin.gif

do u have other supporting such as payslips, epf statements, etc. How many years have u been working.

Perhaps apply for a Local CC first and then after 6-mths, u can try to apply for Citi CC again.

Wow , lucky for you..

They did call me yesterday & sadly cannot waive the AF even swiped $100K++ for 2013.

I said if like that , please cancel my card & they don't even stop me & forwards me to other CS for card cancellation.

Time for me to change to other card..
