If the points are on different principal then sure not transferable.

Im not sure about transfer between principal and supp though.

But if both are principal, I've tried on MBB, you can transfer the points only if you cancel one of the card.

If you don not want to cancel the card, let me share with you a trick, that I accidentally found and yes, it worked for me.

Call CS to cancel Card A which you want to transfer out the point and inform them to transfer the point to, says Card B. They will put in the request immediately but you don't find your point transferred yet. It takes few days. After few days, my case is after 7 days, I call up to reinstate Card A at the same time also maintain Card B. Now all my points are in Card B while both Card are still active.

You may try for Citi and see.

Call CS to waive my Annual Fee for Prin & Supp Card for 3 years, & suddently they said my card not entitle for waiver. They said T&C can be change without notice.

I own platinum cash back card. Will go to settle outstanding & terminate my card this wednesday.

You mean you ask for the waiver for 3 years or you have using the card to 3 years??

I thought the waiver normally is for 1 year and each year you need to call to "beg" for the waiver again?

Got waiver for 1st & 2nd year. Call CS every year, but now request for waiver on 3rd year, they said no such promotion now for waiver.

They also dont care to lost customer. I always pay full each billing cycle & never got finance charge. Monthly usage about 2k.

Lesson learned, always go for card that offers auto annual fee waiver mechanism instead of needing to beg every year.

We should only sign up for credit cards with annual fee (without auto AF waiver) if and only if the card reward us more in monetary value over the annual fee.

I think banks are now more reluctant to waive annual fees for Cash Rebate card. They use the approach to get us hooked by giving us the rebate and charge us back one lump sum (annual fees). Maybe they see that is the trend for the behaviour now where card user dont mind paying AF just to enjoy cash rebate.

Another reason could be good pay master. Bank generally doesn't make any profit from you as you make full payment each month. This is what I learnt from a banker friend few years back. The bank love the user who pays the monthly minimum payment the most. Bank also doesn't want bad pay master though.

dont ever accept any of their BT promotion or do any installment if you intended to cancel their card next year. Else, you going have to pay annual fee + RM50 for GST

Right, same as me, was told can't waive as well, so they are really don't care about losing their customers even there are so many competitors. Still considering my options, I'm so fed up with them, was offered convert current card to Choice card but if not mistaken must swipe 2 times every mth or else get charged RM5, that is RM60 / yr, can't find the T&C on their website tho. Luckily I didn't accept the gold card upgrade offer few yrs back, else will just WTF when being charged for the AF and can't get it waived.

Mine is Clear card not cash rebate card, kena as well, bank is earning customer money every where, since they give such offer, cash rebate etc and then charge AF from customer to get back some, just feel so nonsense.

Yes, it seems nonsense but this is a business world. They have to find a way to maximize their revenue as well. Thats why bro Gen-X have pointed out that try to look for a card that have no AF. If u insist to stick with Clear Card, there must be a reason. If that purpose does benefit you more than the AF in terms of monetary, then it is sure a good reason to stick with them. The bank is smart, and we can be smart as well. smile.gif
