Hey guys, I'm buying Preve this month and I wanna ask about the offer given by Proton. I called and confirm about the 3years free service / RM 2000 rebate.

If 3years it is 3years/100,000km free service + labor + part which ever comes first.
Or the sales advisor gives me RM 5500 but without 3years free service..
If I were to choose the 3years free service, the SA will give me RM3,5k rebate also. So which is better?

RM5500 rebate without any free service OR
RM3500 + 3years/100,000km free service which ever comes first.?

Just got my preve... And found out theres alot of rattling noise, especially revving the engine, alot of vibration.... Engine mounting problem?

I bet its cause by car weight and not the cvt gearbox, 1600cc pushing a 1300kg car is reluctantly need to rev to 1500-2000 rpm to make it move, below 1500 rpm the car move too slow or the car jerky when above 2000 rpm.

Fuel comsuption - 2.0 car normally have 1 litre/ 10km, i saw most preve owner getting this figures, luckilly i didnt sell my vios, working day drive vios and preve as weekend car 

NVH - i guess noise can be lower down if i managed to settle the engine mounting problem, the vibration cause alot noise. My 2nd tires will be continental CC5 as it working very well on my vios. The rear dashbord is nightmare for me but car roof sound proof is better than vios when raining.

Good point - exterior car build quite solid, doors, bonnet, truck.
Car abit harsh at low speed, but stable at high speed.
Acceleration very well, nvr feel any underpower at slope.
Alot feature, im amaze with the gps, good sound system

Still not regret getting preve as my second car, after get rid  the problem prve definately a great car

Is the sound system in Preve not good? For me it is good enough. I generally listen to orchestral music and instrumentals. Default settings is rather bland but after adjusting the treble and bass I find it sounds good enough.

just want to ask whether this common for Preve? Both my headlamp also like this after rain.. 

Does anyone here owned both inspira 1.8 and preve cfe? In your opinion which is more worth for money

One question, how to enter coordinate in preve?

How to convert to decimal if 5°24'19"N  100°12'27"E
And the format is East/West, North/South, "Name"?

Hi guys, I had a midnight drive to Genting with full load and the drive was rather pleasant. Didn't feel any bit of lack of power, the only annoying thing was the vibration before the rpm hits 2k, so what I did was, I down shift to the previous gear and then up shift to minimized the vibration. Managed to smoke a Latio, vios and city on up hill drive. None the less my friends were impressed with the car, which makes me feel even better. I was damn afraid of road block, because my car has a second layer of ecotint smoke 20 on top of the standard tint. I had the front windscreen tint strip and installed ecotint ray barrier, because the standard one was literally rubbish in heat rejection.

On the other hand I feel pretty bad for my car, because it's still in the burn in period and is scheduled for the first service tomorrow. I heard that there's ECU and TCU update for Preve CFE with chassis number below 24k, after my friend had it done and according to him the car has evolved into a greater beast.

My conclusion is, the Preve CFE is truely a great car and I am happy that I made the right decision. Cheers.

The problem is I don't know how to do the engine mounting, later all problems came out my warranty also void all. LOL

I better don't do it. 

Cause I still don't know how to do it  really noob in this.

This is what I don't get. I see this happen at idle on Honda Accords, BMW 3 Series and MB E-Class. After some time they seem to squeak at idle. Get moving however they are inaudible. I'm curious why this happens?
