Fennel consist of 4 towers with layout ranging from 1,000 sq.ft to1,300 sq.ft. While pricing has not been finalized at this juncture, you will be pleased to note that the launch is tentatively schedule for end of this month, subject to authority approval and more details can be furnished then.

I guess the size is ranging between 1000-1500 sf, not 1300sft.

For caper last time, booking was rm30k, non refundable, non transferable. If u think that stopped anyone, think again.....so many buyers queue but cant get units (highrise). Think fennel will oso be the same.
