KL Sentral seems to be getting alot of focus these days especially with the proposed hub for the KL-Singapore HSR. Many high end luxury developments in KL Sentral itself like St Regis, Sentral Residences and Suasana Sentral not to mention two 5 star hotels Hilton Sentral and Meridian.

According to Insider information from YTL, starting price will be around RM 600+ per sqf.

Baru balik, saw the construction of The capers are progressing with frames on the side wall. Looks like these panels will cover the bare concrette wall.

Also, saw the sky bridge linking D6&7 like almost complete. At the end of the day, there will be bridge linking Saffron, Tammarind, D6, D7, The Capers to the LRT.

The construction barrier for Fennel is also erected (coming soon)... yes erected and coming soon.

Seems like so many people got interest in this. The higher the registered interest, the higher price point it will be. YTL still haven't set the price yet but the ballpark will be 650-800/sf. Remember capers 1st block about 500, 2nd block 550 when launched next day.

So expect that if 1st block 650 (for staff & VIP) then likely 7xx for subsequent block, depending on response.

BTW, capers still got unsold penthouse

Look at recent launch after ge13, most of them pricing at 600 / sqft and above, funnel located at strategic location and well plan by ytl in that area, as #Minolta mentioned capers was selling at 550/sqft, it was 2 years back. My guess funnel selling price easily will hit 750/sqft onward.
