800psf? No no no. 900units to sell. No way ytl dare to sell at this price. Ytl ll normally price lower than mkt price jus like capers last time the same.

I doubt 800psf it ll b bbb..we shall see. This area is yet to be at 800psf...no way near. 550psf to 650psf more likely the mkt price.

Personal view...this place sort of saturated especially when the price tag hit near to a mil. Investor need to b cautious. It ll b very difficult to flip 1mil property n rental surely cannot fetch 4k. Anyway just m2cents.

It is scary to see 1mil property is now viewed as mass mkt development. No one know wat ll happen in future but 1mil mark clearly not mass mkt especially we are talking abt standard family size unit not even big size condo.

As an investor i love to see price to go up. But also cautious tat the economy slow down ll make price stagnant if not go down. Investor mus hav the exit plan rather than keep thinking the price may go up.

Sentul loc is ok. But 1mil is the issue.Any pls refer to prime area subsales. The psf on condo is remaining low bcoz of the abs amt. When it reach certain level...affordability com into pic.
