Which station are you talking about? Sentul or sentul timur?
I guess fennel will be launched at 700-800psf. Ytl is playing low profile thus foreign investor doesn't know/ focus. Unlike vincent Tan, he is close to andy lau, sultans.....

An aeon mall (not aeon big) is in the pipeline, expected to be completed in 2016, that's info was from my friend who is in high management of Aeon

I just called them.
They have no information yet. What type, how big, or how much per square feet. It's still in planning stage. Unless if you got friend work inside YTL can korek korek a bit. So far the person said, the land is stil empty. |

Do you guys know that ytl allow their staff to get internal booking then sell to public later?? Or strictly no no. I knew some developer plays this tricks.
