Here's a snap of the price list for Block D (launched today) . As they prohibit photo taking, my fren has to take it discreetly, hence the blurriness of the photo.

Worth to note that :

1) All Type C are facing outside. Type A (3 bedroom) are all facing the pool.

2) Basically the cheapest unit are Type C (2 bedroom) facing Capers. Refer to the photo, the price in RED for Type C is equivalent to 5% discount. Type A & B only 3%.

3) The smallest type C unit are located one floor below and one floor above Sky Terrace. This is due to the building structure itself.

4) As someone mentioned before, there is no difference in terms of pricing from around 23 floor onwards to 40th Floor. Below that is about 2 k difference per floor.

Yes, but hindu burning site less than 500m from fennel...... Beside the hindu temple at bdr baru sentul..... Along the lrt route can see already..... But no one know meh? Especially the fennel buyers?

I started queue-ing from 10 am onwards. I got into the room to view the available units only at 4 pm. The funny thing is that, as i was about to enter, after countless of pitstops, i was informed by YTL staff that the only Type B are available!

Very professional of YTL staff. They should have just let us know when the Type A & C are sold out. People could have left earlier.

But fennel area also got cow farms.... But i am sure once capers vp the farm will be shifted...... If not ytl where to put face?

I'm passing on this too but its not because I don't like Fennel but my bullets reserve for better use. I've a feeling in 5 years time, a 1mil condo will be the norm. Personally, I feel Fennel is darn good buy at 650 psf for this area. Folks are talking about cows and crematoriums but one should visualize 5 yrs down the road not now.

Herd mentality? Poor buyers, compared to cows. Got ability to earn enuff to buy a property but some people think they are still akin to cows mentality when buy property haha.

This got ulterior motive kah or genuinely concerned & share share investment tips with fellow forumers?

But I trust YTL will do a great job for Sentul as I've seen their a presentation of their future plans.
