To be honest, there no project fail in last few years as long as it can be completed.

YTL really has it pure die hard supporters. Same goes to other big developers like SP Setia and Sime Darby.

My fren, used to work in YTL, previously bought Saffron as a staff and after left YTL, he still die die also wanna buy YTL property only.

Can't really count cos first blk price's all covered by stickers already. Based on my fren's unit booked at block D, middle level above. 25th floor facing pool and park shd be ard 670-685/sq ft after 3% discount. Meanwhile the other direction is with 5% discount with lower entry cost psf, SA said starting ard 630/sq( before discount). U can call them on Monday to confirm, today no more long q, less pressure and I just curi taken 1 photo only haha.

RM 600 psf after 5% discount at low floors vs RM 670-685 psf after 3% discount on medium floor, seems quite huge difference.

I am a happy and satisfied YTL customer, even I do not invest in Fennel

I actually can't understand why Sentul Condominium maintenance fee is high, frm 1 Sentul, Tamarind, Saffron, Capers, to Fennel .. does anybody know why in detail?

just out of curiousity, if we segregate the landed from the highrise, how is their property appreciation against others at similiar price point?

am i right to compare midfields versus zest?

saffron vs mk highrise?

lake edge vs dpc?

besides these few locations, where are ytl other landbanks?

there are many forumers who are very curious and want u to justify everything
They will ask further such as why must compare lakeedge with DPC, and not Sunway SPK, or not Tanamera, or not Eco Park.
why must compare midfield with Zest and not other highrises?

Oh I see. Klcc nearby onli mah via Jln TU Razak. Drive can. Take lrt/mrt oso can. Jln Ipoh got some crappy mall too.

But mall in sentul sure tak boleh wong wan. Not yet anyways.

And with so many malls coming online soon, we'll see lotsa mall failures within next 10 years. With that, mixed development concept may be passé. And success is mini-township/urban transformation centers.
