Bench 110kg
Squat 130kg
Dead lift 160kg

Total 400kg = 881.8lb, body weight 78kg, height 1.74m

been lifting for 2 years, I stalled after running few months of Starting Strength and right now still switching between different programs to find one suitable for my timeframe while looking to improve my lifts.

After 1 year of progress:
BW 80kg

My real tested 1RM which I achieved these like many many months ago: 759
Bench Press - 95kg 209lbs
Squat - 110kg 242lbs
DL - 140kg 308lbs

My calculated 1RM based on my heaviest work set recently: 841
BP 104kg - 229
SQ 120kg - 264
DL 158kg - 348

Total 395kg = 869lb, body weight 69kg, height 1.65m

Tested a month plus ago

Still in the quest for elite numbers, last tested 20th August at PL meet, bodyweight at 88.6kg.

S: 235kg
B: 160kg
D: 260kg

Total: 655kg

Goal is at least 700kg total by March 2017 in next meet.

Body-weight: 202lbs (on a cut to 180lbs)

3RM
Bench Press: 225lbs
Squat: 325lbs
Deadlift: 405lbs

730lbs... Still long way to go...

You forgot to add up benchpress. Lol

And it's 3rm. Pretty sure you nailed the 1k if you actually really attempt 1rm

Lol, just means that you have good amount of muscle mass. Not to mention on a cut as well. You'll look damn good when you reach the low bf%.

STill better than mine

BP: 100KG
Squat: 120KG <-- though this is 3RM.
Deadlift: 160KG

total 380 KG = 836 LBS sad.gif at 80kg

Hopefully will join the club when the next bulk starts next year.

All 1RM at bodyweight of around 60kg. Height is 168cm.

Bench 85kg
Squat 135kg
Deadlift 190kg

Total 410kg = 902lbs

Forever cannot 1,000lbs cause i want to maintain this bodyweight. sweat.gif

Currently at 90kg bulk (Next week's the last week for the bulk sad.gif )

Bench press : 120kg 1RM
Squats : 140kg 5RM
Deadlifts : 190kg 2RM (i give it a 1RM since the 2nd rep was somewhat "failing")

Total : 450kg = 992.08 LBS

Not really in the 1000lbs club yet though lol
