I'm unable to update my S3 using Kies last time but I can update using OTA. Will try using Kies tonight. Hope it won't give unsuccessful error.

Actually what is the different betwewn JB and ICS?
Any new feature is added?

Plan to update to jb but many negatif feedback as current jb...

Which JB country you were from and now to which JB version? If you were taking about phone to announce caller information, smses and others.. should be in launguage and input -> "text-to-speech output" -> driving mode..

very troublesome lo.. last time whn u drag down the top menu u can seamlessly set it on.. now hv to go through so many settings to turn it on..

Guys, may I know what is ur camera firmware? I think because I flash supersu using Cwm, I can't return my phone to normal state =( I don't think I will stay long in stock rom before I flash wanamlite XD

this is d battery killer for s3 JB

this is normal. There are certain criteria that you need to meet in order to main the connection. 3g is a hell complicated monster. it will depends on lots of criteria like quality, power and etc. for 3g ppl closest to the tower will have more priority than the people further away from the tower. that is call cell breeding. so it's not possible to maintain 3g data or call that easily. In short, It has nothing to do with your phone. It's the way 3g is supposed to be designed with.

i am using wanamlite 4.2. so far no issue with the sms vibration.

i think it has been like that since the last few version. I disable lock screen from notification bar but it still lock my phone. I think it's better to change it in the settings instead of the motivation bar.

what color is your s3?you order white casing?

when you on power saving, and it will reduce the processor used. maybe become 2 core? if you check the power saving settings there is an option to reduce the processor core or something like that.

using XXDLJ4 for, few days, flash it since the day it released, now notice some bug the volume slider hang there when adjusting volume while watching video(not always, sometimes), and, copy paste still buggy, as well as clipboard

In my experience, triangle away (2.1 and 2.2) only managed to change the modified status to normal on ICS. Once on JB, triangle away only resets the flash counter.

Don't know why negative. JB is so much better, even on power saving mode, the live wallpaper transition is smoother, everything seems smoother and faster. The keyboard is better too, plus there is Google Voice Search now.

Driving Mode seems missing from the pull down menu, added Blocking Mode, which is kind of a nice feature.

One more very nice feature, you can finally turn off notifications for each apps/games.
Just got to Applications Manager, tap on specific app/game, you can disable the notification. Hurray~

Just curious, in ICS is there a task manager option for S3 but now i can see it in long press home button. I thought this is note 1 feature and now they also have it for S3.
