I think they are building similar model like Tropicana garden - a integrated township from apartment to shopping mall and offices.
Guess is not going to be cheap but lately their group strategy is to build more affordable condo with smaller build up in the range of 500k and below. lets see... |

Wah,so kan cheong.
I'm a owner of bungalow in tropicana indah. Dijaya success in tropicana largely due to excellent location. Their management of tropicana indah is lousy compared to other projects like dpc,Eco park,Valencia,and so forth. So this subang project so great meh? |
