they haven't got AP, thats why cant give out any brochures, nor allow people to take pictures ...

should be the next 1-2 weeks, hence signing of SPA is right after that ..

What was your friend thinking ? Where did he think his source of tenants are going to come from ? Digi? Carlsberg?

I think sometimes investors don't do enough homework and ends up getting stuck w white elephant 😨
