I was just trying to open the menu. And it takes about 2 seconds.

And yes, my N7105 keeps showing G but still having the speed of H+ and the signal bars are empty.

Showing G but H+? Weird!

Yes from my experience if your ram usage is > 90% u will start to experience lag. (I experience this in a cm10 rom with memory leak issue NOT a stable rom)

But android manages its ram well so you should not encounter this problem at all especially as this phone have 2mb ram....

2mb doh.gif kawan, its 2gb cool2.gif btw, its better if you dont clear RAM often as it can lead to slowness of app loading wink.gif

depends on the earphone or headset u using. I tried on my 4s it seems note is better when using with monster head set WH930

only problem with that its a dock only not a charger. The one i might bulk is with USB.

Thanks. I am currently a S2 and IOS user and very tempted with Note2, but my worries below base on my experience on S2:

1-the audio quality is not comparable between S2 to any Iphone, some said it's because of yamaha DAC, and it could not be better/matching to Iphone after Samsung switches to Wolfson DAC in Note2 and S3, is this true?

2-review from gsmarena also pointed out the output of music volune on Note2 is lower (on quiet site) vs iphone, do you agree?

3-application concerns - i personally find that the application in IOS is more seamless and has less problem comparing to Android, not sure this is only specific to S2. Here is my problem: using the same Jabra headset, when talking on Viber with S2, the volume is always too soft for the recipient, while on Iphone, it's crystal clear, why? This has been the case since I was on GB, and now on ICS, it's the same.(no such problem with voice call)

if the above concerns are no longer valid with Note2, I would have no concern to give Samsung/Android another try.
Please can all the masters enlighten me?

Thanks ya.

Too much of new updates, features and so on la.. I was using SGS1 with ICS on it. But then i Discovered Note2 has a lot updates and I/We may need to be careful of what we are doing. Compared to HTC One X, it has slightly more updates.

I reflashed to stock Starhub ROM already...

3 bar or more shows H+
2/1 bar shows 3G
0 bar shows G

Neither do I, using Android since G1... If it shows G, it will slowly chug to load this page.... Instead it feels like WiFi

I wonder if you've ever seen the symbol for LTE? Perhaps due to limited status bar icons or space whistling.gif Samsung in its infinite wisdom to avoid a fruity legal drama,

for {condition "G"+"0bar"} = LTE

Yes... It's just a 4G logo on Starhub and M1

Singtel I think it's 4G LTE logo
