Actually I'm still thinking what can my Note 2 do ... too little software to utilize everything ... so far only installed high end games and running without any problem
*
Use the s-pen more and treat it like yr notepad. Then BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP via whatever method suits you best. I prefer not to rely on samsung too much so i use an s-note like app called Handy Note (usd1.03).
Using the s-pen regularly will save u from carrying those thick A5 or larger notepads.

Aspire, just to clarify a rule of thumb.
Fromyour postings of battery life, and my current observation, seems like 10% gives u approx 45-50mins screen on time.

Works out to about 7-9hours screen on browsing i guess.
I think crazyissac posted heavy gaming can tahan 4hrs. So we top out at 1 full day of regular heavy use.

Movie shd be the dsp in action. Hardware dedicated dsp uses v little power In modern phones. So screen viewing only w no interaction uses 5% per hour. V. Good....

www.phonearena.com/news/New-survey-shows-Android-is-Hot-among-younger-people-while-iOS-gets-the-nod-from-the-elderly_id35985

iOS is your grandma's phone....

Apple has a problem going forward if they don't freshen up iOS which is getting a bit stodgy. The survey reveals that the Apple iPhone isn't like your grandma's smartphone, it IS your grandma's smartphone.

Every one, must check your phone when brought from anywhere even through it was SEALED set.  doh.gif

This is a screenshot of my build number.  vmad.gif
The set comes pre-rooted (checked using SUPERUSER) and with USB DEBUGGING ON.  vmad.gif

The build number makes this set cannot receive OTA updates.

This set is brought from Maxis.
Luckily I know how to flash the set to the original firmware, if not this unit might be rejected when claiming warranty.
Yeah, the t03xx- in front of your ROM version is definitely not the shipping version. Either you got one of the preproduction units (could you be so lucky?) or someone at maxis messed around first.

Is your unit made in Korea? Just curious.

This is to answer user crazyissac about Wannam lite 1.4
I just tested this rom. If you do not select wipe data, your SMS contacts tel nos will fail to identify and match  with your address book contacts
I redo the flash by selecting wipe data and now it matches perfectly
This is basically a CSC change issue
*
What about simple clearing Contacts Cache and Data after the install without a wipe data during install? Some guy in a different device forum did something similar (AOKP>CM10) and was able to recover his contact FCs by doing a wipe cache and data after the boot.

This is not a FC issue. The issue here is the rom identify tel nos as example Country code-nimber-number . If your contacts tel number is key in as complete set eg 60121234567 and the caller/SMS will appears as 60-12-1234567 your message list will just show the number not the contact names
Anyway you can always try.
I test this rom just to verify this point , not that i am interested in it
I am now restoring back to my favourite rom Hypernote 0.3

Bought ezpdf during 25ยข sale, has a built in epub reader. Look no worse than any other epub reader.
Epub's a kind of compiled html like chm,so the format wont look as nice as pdf.

Guys, here's a tip...

Make lots of Dropbox accounts... When they've sent you the 48GB email, just click on it on every single account.

1. open email
2. open dropbox in a new tab
3. press the big blue button
4. sign out dropbox
5. repeat the step with another account

I got over 200GB in an hour xD
*
Bro this would be considered a loophole exploit. Same thing happened during the htc 50gb giveaway. Dropbox issued warning then goodbye fake accounts+real data...

If different domains, maybe harder to detect, but, hell 200gb vs your 4tb? But then what if dropbox admins sniff this forum? There was some Oz guy already last 2 weeks, so who else might lurk?
