QUOTE(strace @ Jun 24 2006, 09:32 PM) JTAG-less flash method for WRT54G v5 I was tempted but had JUST purchased the v5 two days ago. Instead, I opted to return it to SriComp (paid 200) for the 54GSv4 (paid 250).http://www.bitsum.com/openwiking/owbase/ow.asp?WRT54G5%5FCFE Anyone wants to be the guinea pig? Prolly give it a while (days?) then check my firmware options. Mostly wanted to post that Linux enabled devices were still avail @ lowyat. Since products at SriComp are exchange ONLY I couldnt hunt for better prices. |

![]() Uptime ! Why did you power off the router , it should be there..It should at least restart by itself..If you kill it after its flashed it would be the same...Try to flash it and leave it there , it would take several seconds to get 'steady' green light This post has been edited by prasys: Jul 4 2006, 05:37 PM |
