QUOTE(nubJeff @ Dec 21 2012, 09:29 AM) I always prefer a simple UI. What's important to me is to tap less in order to access a menu or program. This I feel iOS wins hands down in this area. That is why I am still glued to the iOS and not android. I do agree that android has some cool features like Swype etc but I still prefer to manually key in my text in the old fashion way. Where's the fun of texting when everything are keyed in automatically for you |

That is an example of simplicity. Lol. |

For me, if comparing this two, I will choose Note 2 for bigger battery capacity. |

QUOTE(sang_kanchil @ Dec 21 2012, 08:57 AM) iOS is the most advanced mobile OS in the world. Agree with the malware part. Anyway I see you replacing KuLi here. Wonder where he is.... highly stable and secured. the apps store has the best quality apps and seldom got threats. even if got, highly talented apple engineers will close the security holes fast and hard. android is like wilderness. unless u spend a lot of time keeping up to date with the latest mobile news, and updates... u r like a chicken waiting to be eaten by wolves. |

QUOTE(ramz @ Dec 21 2012, 03:05 PM) don't want to state the obvious. but most note 2 users and note 2 users wannabe don't come to this thread. Well isn't it obvious This is iPhone thread not android thread Note 2 is android so people with note 2 will go to android thread to post Same as iPhone.. People don't post iPhone stuff on android thread as well It's common sense |

Well I doesn't work that wayDeveloper are happy when people change platforms They make twice amount of money when the same use bought same apps on both platform They don't even bother to do transfer paid apps to other os at all That's the reality |

QUOTE(ChroniclesIY @ Dec 21 2012, 02:19 PM) If you never spend a lot of money on Iphone apps go Note 2 much better that's really the REAL reason for most of us why we don't switch. how many people buy a phone and pay rm0.00 in apps? not many, maybe only 5%. in fact android make it easier for u to switch to iphone than the other way round. coz android u can side load any freaking apps for free with minimal effort. so simple. just ask your friend to email the app. from your email client, just click the damn file to install. done. just like a pc. simple and painless, until u realise your whole phone is infected with virus and complain android sucks and lag and all that crap.Me.. i spend shit loads on iphone apps want to change also a bit heart pain This post has been edited by ramz: Dec 21 2012, 02:56 PM |

As a phone - iphone better, note 2 bulky.
As for email - note 2 better, variety of attachment, pen function. As for touch screen perfomance- android touch screen is the worst if compare with IOS and windows 8 phone. iphone win. Apps = IOS better in term of numbers and performance. 1 thing i like on IOS is you could collect point and redeem itunes card to purchase apps. i bought Garmin MY by redeeming point. here is the link http://m.freemyapps.com/share/url/70d36236 battery charging = prefer iphone because the charging speed is good. i used iphone 4 then samsung S2( because of bigger screen). now i get myself iphone 5 because IOS is smooth, less software issue, a lots of apps, smooth and insane touch screen performance. |
