IOS is the best operating software. Easy to use. Start up aldo easy, no need to configure this and that. Even sweeter if you have an Apple ID right? smile.gif

I was thinking since Google started producing their own phone, what if they decided not to renew their license with Samsung & sell Android OS all by themselves. Since Samsung already did the hard part which is the advertise & increase the user base of Android OS.

3GS support multitasking only 3G do not support
any iOS 5 onwards support multitasking

the 3GS has no Siri and the apple maps has some function left out but I bet most of ppl can live with that

I know that after iOS5 multitasking is possible but not aware that 3GS can support too.

Actually Siri is not a necessity for any one for daily usage so 3GS does not really miss out on much. The maps, 3GS missed out on the 3D part thumbup.gif

well Android OS from the start is a open ware or called Open Source... this means Google provice their software to the community FOC which include their source code (this is where custom ROM come from) and Samsung and other phone maker basically download Android open source and modify from there thats why other phone manufacturer sucx at providing updates cause they will need Google to release their latest update before they can download and reverse engineer the OS and re-engineer the OS based on their phone spec. this cause their phone to fall behind and software/apps compatibility issue and crash also this caused the OS cannot properly optimize the Hardware cause this is not what Google design the Android to do.... if you want Android and want what Google engineers design for you to experience go for the Nexus line of product... with this you dont need to waste time look for custom ROM apps crash and stuff... and what you get is pure Android experience and worry free... just like iOS

Not really, I don't really trust Apple Maps. By chance I would prefer Google Maps or Garmin for navi. Waze is pretty fun but it takes a while for me to understand the structure, pretty funny looking.

3GS is a good phone, I have a friend who has been using it since day 1, still good except for some minor scuffs on the body lol

iphone never improve their os, only given it different names like ios 5 ios 6 to make consumer blur and earn money.

seeing too many of surrounding friends / colleagues / relatives jumped from iphone to android and windows (particularly lumia series), and can say 99.9% of them never look back for ios again.

the only good point of iphone is the retina display, and smoothness of os, but the latter now already insignificant because android 4.0 and above are smooth, and the lumia windows phones are as smooth as baby skin.

I own an iPhone 4 and 4s before this. Migrated to Android. Trying new ecosystem. Unless iOS change its UI, I won't be going back to iOS

I m using iphone 4 then S2. will not go for android again so i choose I5. will consider window phone in future. Android apps quality is poor. even with quard core the frame rate is low. Android have many widget and customize UI but also many bugs and malware.

Each update of iphone does increase its capabilities, try to play walking dead on ipad 2 and u will know what I mean. Even ipad 3 is struggling with the game. The main thing they doesnt upgrade is the battery IMO. Thats the most letdown thing on iphone. UI is another problem maybe Apple intend to make it that way or they finally realise it is forstall problem LOL.
Apart from browser on android. Others like whatsapp, facebook , line , instagram , Flipboard and twitter is quite laggy on Android. I am not programmer so I dont know its developer problem or the OS cause this. So most of the time when I want to use fb or flipboard I will just reach for iphone. Browsing and other else will just use note2. Still.. my primary phone is note 2. tongue.gif
Now feel want to jump into lumia 920 but there is no PPS for me atm over WP8 sad.gif

Try something more recent like Samsung Note, LG Nexus 4, Pantech Racer 3 or Oppo Find 5. Then compare it.

iOS has gone thru many versions adding quite a number of features on the way.

Sauce

And I like this
CODE
instead of competing on specs, apple focuses on getting the core experience right

Using note 2 now. Best android I've used ever.
But still lose to ip4s.
*
Note 2 and Ip4s cannot compare, cause 4s only 3.5 inch.
