Off course is iPhone will have higher second hand value. Samsung price will jump like hell. This is the concern for me to choose between iPhone 5 and note 2. If I get iPhone 5, I will feel paying money with not much different and surprise. But, if I get note 2, with same money, I will get something different and surprise...
Hard to choose~~~

Those who are looking for higher resell price but not looking on the spec of the phone..what I can say is..no point for u to use handphone..

try and google features of s pen and note 2. pay same money with no surprise? how much do you know about note 2 and how much did you know about iphone?

Both great phone, I'm in indonesia which force me to use blackberry, if not I will just buy both.

On the other hand, if i'm in Malaysia, I probably don't need 2 phones as the telco at malaysia is much more reliable than indonesia.

Also struggling between these 2.... like the style of iPhone5, but note 2 is just a better phone in many aspect.

I will only say Apple product easier to sell than Samsung in second hand market due to quality.

if you get IP5 at launch, the chances of you selling it off at 2300 is high. If you get Note 2 bundle with surfmore50 at 1849 , I would think you will have a hard time selling it off at 2k, let alone 2299.

I choose quality over spec. Had enough with android. And I once an androidfag that always tease my ifag friends. High spec doesnt mean the device is superior.

Using both phones.
Both got their own advantages.
Both are fast and sleek. No regrets getting both.

Both iPhone 5 and note II also can get RM999...I will for note II, but no stock at the moment

Voted iphone 5. I like both phones a lot. But since it's going to be my first smartphone (yes, held on to my old Symbian Nokia Hp), decided to go for iOS simplicity. Maybe next time I will opt for note 2 or future note 3.

If you think that specs are the by all means all of a phone (or any consumer electronics product for that matter), what I can say is that you don't even know technology well enough.
Speed of phones aren't determined by how high the specs are, it is determined by how well the software can make use of the hardware. Did you know that the Single-core Lumia 800 runs faster than most dual-core Android phones?
