I classified base on 2 factors:

1.area as in ara damansara
2. Price base on psf.

Just my own estimation.. Seems not in the right track ...

I guess what he meant is the dev willing to put that price because there's demand for it.

Good sales reported in most of the projects as compared to few months back. Alot of buyers / investors in the market and more new launches within these 2 weeks.

let's hope the 'erection' result wont impact

May I know is there any new proposed road to make u-turn when u back from ara damansara or citta mall ? As I know the only way is need to drive till the federal then only can make u-turn. Please advise.

I am new to KL area, just curious why suajana hijauan is selling at 500-600 psf while nova saujana is at 800 psf

I think best is you pay a visit to both locations, if not done yet. That will give some perspective as to the difference. I have seen both, and prefer Nova, maybe its more accessible and maybe also its by Malton.
