May I know is there any proposed road widening under the bridge near nkve entrance?interest for the 850sqf unit, but the traffic jam is heavy during peak hour.

i think the jam is just temporary due to the lrt construction which has caused the bottle neck. 1 lane further up was closed.

890Sf for RM850k?? If buying for own stay, can sleep at night or not for most of us?? And for flippers, there are so many choices for landed at this prices, and who can easily sell or not if u looking at Rm 1 millions?? Seriously there is no standardized prices nowadays, seems they simply throw a dice to arrive at skyhigh prices...soon many buyers may Skyfall
