Hi all, seems that most r looking at 850.. as far as i know, there r 890 units available... anyone looking for that? like to know if it is worth taking 890 instead of 850... appreciate feedbacks....

One more questions, beside there is a Peremba square building around 11 floors (if not wrong). Like to know nova saujana (which is 15 floors) will it be higher than perema square? Cause I know for office building, each level height is higher vs residential building.
Anyone can advice on that?

The selling prices is a bit high surrounded that area. I think Tenants can be bargained low rental to stay simply because too much od completed Condos. I could be wrong. |
